Ted Barudin has been a practicing attorney since 1981 and throughout his practice has continuously represented individuals and families harmed due to the carelessness and negligence of others. A 1981 graduate of the Franklin Pierce Law Center, (now known as the University of New Hampshire Law School), Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Barudin served as a law clerk for the New Hampshire State Courts where one of the trial judges was David Souter, who subsequently became an appellate judge for the First Circuit Court of Appeals and later was appointed as an Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Barudin is licensed in the courts of Massachusetts, New Mexico, the United States District Court for New Mexico, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Barudin is also licensed in the Navajo Nation Courts, the Hopi Courts, the Zuni Courts, and the Pueblo of Isleta Courts. Mr. Barudin also earned a Master of Arts in Elementary School Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and was an elementary school teacher for five years prior to attending law school.

Memberships

Mr. Barudin is a Board Member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and the past Treasurer. He is the Window Rock Commissioner for the Navajo Nation Bar Association. Mr. Barudin has received the top peer lawyer rating from Martindale-Hubbell individually. He is rated as an "av" attorney as well as the Firm rated as "av".
