Brenda has distinguished herself as one of Southern New England's premier Realtors. Beginning in 1997 as an appraiser, in 1998 she received her broker's license and became a residential and commercial real estate broker.

Brenda's area of focus is her extremely high level of personal service and her ability to educate her clients. She painstakingly researches properties for both buyers and sellers - whether residential or commercial, sale or lease. Her projects have ranged from 800 to 150,000 sq. ft.

With 13 years of cost accounting experience in the construction industry, Brenda has the skills and aptitude for renovations management. Many of her clients use her expertise to manage restorations once they purchase property.
