Brookmont Realty Group was founded in 1997 by Charles Simpson and David Walker-two industry veterans with over 50 years of combined experience-who shared a common vision: A vision of Real Estate's potential for impacting more than just the dirt it's built on; of Real Estate as a meaningful part of a community's overall quality of life-aesthetic as well as economic; a vision of Real Estate based on the best possible solution for each client's needs.

Simpson and Walker then assembled team of real estate professionals focused on a common goal of quality service-adding John Franklin and Bo Grisham to our ranks. Over the years, we've been involved in a number of milestone and Leading Edge projects which have positively shaped the landscape and character of Birmingham today.

Brookmont initially focused its energies on Class-A Office development-and evolved, deliberatively, into a full-service Commercial Real Estate firm. Over the years we've expanded our range of talents and experience through a series of strategic additions to the team.

Brookmont's team of real estate professionals combines principals who spent their early careers in larger markets such as Dallas and Atlanta and with principals who've invested their entire careers in the Birmingham real estate market. We all maintain many solid professional relationships in our work; relationships which have only grown stronger from the years we've invested in them.
