As a property manager, Mr. Brooks screens each tenant that rents from his owners to ensure that each tenant is going to make prompt payments and maintain the property as if it were their own. He provides 24 hour service as well as on site maintenance to tenants. As an owner, you can have peace of mind knowing that Mr. Brooks is frequently inspecting your property to ensure it is properly maintained by both the tenants and our maintenance staff. Each property has routine maintenance performed so no problem goes unseen which could lead to unnecessary costs to the owner. Each owner is updated by monthly statements to keep you updated on the status of your property. Owners are notified when the current tenant provides 30 day notice to vacate and we expedite the make ready process to cut down on vacancy time.

I have been in the rental business since 1991, and got my brokers license in 1996. Since then I have managed numerous properties and I have a well trained staff to help manage the daily tasks for each apartment.

Clean & well maintained units

After a tenant moves out we have an excellent cleaning team ensure that the property is cleaned from top to bottom. We also require that the carpets be cleaned by a professional carpet cleaning company. We also have our maintenance staff check the property and correct anything needing repairs. When everything has been finished I personally check all work to guarantee my owners that the property has been properly prepared for showing & move in.

Military Friendly

We have many tenants that are serving our country which frequently inquire about the military deposit waiver. The option to accept the waiver is left up to the owner.
