Brookside Properties, Inc. is a full service commercial real estate firm engaged in the business of managing, leasing, selling, purchasing and developing commercial and multifamily properties throughout the Eastern United States. Today, Brookside manages and/or leases more than 150 properties located throughout Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Arkansas and Tennessee. We employ 400 professionals including more than 40 property managers in order to provide our clients with superlative, comprehensive real estate services.

From the beginning, we have had one basic vision: to build a successful business based on integrity -- to do the right thing for our clients and to do the right thing for our employees. It all equated to simple honesty -- do what we said we would do, when we said we would do it, and how we said we would do it. And we believed that intrinsic philosophy would translate to success.

We were blessed with seasoned professionals who understood and were extremely competent in the business side of real estate, but we also understood the bedrock importance of being morally and ethically grounded in the relationship part of our work.

We recognized that the real estate world can be, and too often is, full of hype and unfulfilled promise. In the excitement of commercial real estate, it is so easy to overstate and promote beyond logical expectations, and regretfully, ethical standards frequently go by the wayside.
