Jim Tidwell is the principle broker and co-owner of Caprock Realty Group in Lubbock, Texas. Jim started his career in real estate in 2006 after a lengthy career in education, working at Lubbock Cooper Schools. Mr. Tidwell specializes in REO properties, short sales, pre-foreclosures, and residential properties. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, and the Lubbock Association of Realtors, with an S.R.E.S. designation. He earned his broker's license in 2010. Caprock Realty Group is a team player in the real estate community, and is looking forward to serving and working with you.
Sunny Tidwell is the co-owner of Caprock Realty Group, and has been a licensed realtor since 2002. She has specialized in selling foreclosure properties from the beginning of her career. Mrs. Tidwell has great experience in selling HUD homes to investors and home owners alike. Her experience goes beyond the foreclosure market to fair market buying and selling of homes as well.
