Your home will be featured on the top and bottom of every page on a rotating basis placing your home in front of more buyers! Your home will also be a "Showcase" listing with 25 photos and a bright border drawing the attention of homebuyers looking in your area.
Variable Rate Commission Program. This program has most of the Full Service listing benefits with the potential that the commission will be reduced depending on who sells your home. The VRCP (Variable Rate Commission Program) lists your home on 1 MLS and as a "Showcase" Listing on Realtor.com. The commission rate remains the same if another realtor represents the buyer but reduces if I represent both you and the buyer (Dual Agency).
