I have been providing Yavapai County with bankruptcy legal services since 1981.
I am an instructor of Bankruptcy Law to other attorneys at legal education seminars. I was an instructor of Bankruptcy Procedure for 10 years in the Yavapai College Paralegal Program which was accredited by the American Bar Association.
In 1981, I graduated from Arizona State University Law School and became licensed to practice law in Arizona and in the Federal District/Bankruptcy Court for Arizona.
In 1978, I graduated with a bachelors degree summa cum laude (with highest honors) from Arizona State University. Before that I attended Iowa State University. I was raised on a family farm in Iowa."
