It is currently owned and operated by Dotti Real Rich and Swain Real. Dotti is our principal broker and is licensed in Texas and New York. Swain Real is the commercial specialist. His experience includes site selection, the lodging industry, commercial building, sales and leasing. He has overseen the construction of shopping centers, residential and medical facilities. For the past thirty three years Faith Realty has specialized in all phases of real estate; commercial, industrial, residential, property management and particularly specializing in the lodging industry.
Faith Realty and Development has an extraordinary track record with the business & motel/hotel community. Some of our accomplishments include Sheraton, Motel 6, H.E.B. and Royal Tower Plaza. We are known as specializing in commercial and industrial sales and leasing with national clients. The company's diversification is limitless: real estate counseling, top rate development, construction, and all phases of marketing. We have completed acquisitions for clients, provided research of properties and owners, prepared data bases, recommendations and completed sales.
Faith Realty and Development has been certified as agents for FDIC, RTC, VA, and FHA and were the major marketing agents for FDIC, RTC during the period of excess properties on the market in late 1980's and early 90's. Our experience includes working with lending institutions, asset managers, economic development boards and municipalities .
