Fox, Jr. is a licensed attorney in the state of Tennessee as well as the owner of First Title Insurance Company. Liza Fox Heath is an attorney licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia. James J. Ames is an attorney licensed in the state of Tennessee and does a large portion of the title searches. We receive orders by phone, fax or email. We issue real estate title insurance policies through First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.which are two of the largest and most respected in the world.

Raymond A. Fox, Jr. - Owner & Attorney
Ray joined our team in 1997 and brought with him 14 years prior experience in the Title Industry. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Tennessee and began his career January 4, 1983.
In addition to his JD which he received from Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, MS Ray also received a Bachelor of Science Degree from UTK.
Ray is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Chattanooga Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association & BNI. He is involved in The Knights of Columbus, St. Stephens Church and Audubon Society. In addition to being the owner of First Title Insurance, Ray performs a large amount of the Closings here at First Title.
