Robert G. Gentry, MAI
Robert Gentry began his appraisal career in 1963 working at the Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation as Right of Way Agent and Technician, after serving four years in the United States Marine Corps. In 1965 he became a staff appraiser and real estate salesman for a local real estate company and in 1971 formed his own real estate firm. Since this time, Robert has actively engaged in general real estate activities including appraisal and consultation, real estate brokerage, construction and development and property management. He has been a lifelong resident of Central Virginia and has handled assignments throughout the State of Virginia as well as North Carolina, Maryland, West Virginia and Tennessee.
Robert is both a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Virginia.
CHRISTOPHER R. "CHRIS" GENTRY
A lifelong resident of Central Virginia, Chris literally grew up in the real estate business learning from his father, Robert G. Gentry, several facets of the business including real estate appraisal, development, construction and brokerage practices. With over 15 years in the brokerage business, Chris has completed sales and lease transactions for local businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his brokerage experience, Chris worked for several years with his father focusing on real estate valuation, where he learned the key fundamentals to valuing real estate, which has become an invaluable asset to his clients.
