Gerald N. Bock, MD
Dr. Bock attended University of Rochester School of Medicine, graduating with honors. He then earned a fellowship from the National Institute of Health. He then went on to study at the University of Colorado, where he was trained in pediatric allergy and dermatology. He has earned board certification from the American Board of Dermatology, American Board of Pediatrics, and American Board of Allergy and Immunology. He is also certified by the Boards of Dermatology and Pathology in Dermatopathology. He has earned the coveted designation of fellowship from the American Academy of Dermatology, and he is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery as well as the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Bock is a fellow with the American Academy of Dermatology, and a former president of the San Joaquin County Medical Society and the Sacramento Valley Dermatologic Society. He has shared his extensive professional knowledge as a faculty member of the University of California at San Francisco Medical School and Stanford University Medical School. He is a highly sought-after speaker, who has given lectures at the meetings of the American Academy of Dermatology. For many years, he was the director of the Winter Meeting of the Sacramento Valley Dermatologic Society.
