Bill Mather is a career long seasoned 20-year commercial real estate professional, with an emphasis on construction development and real estate finance. Most recent position was as Vice President - Real Estate Lending for Whitney National Bank. Mr. Mather produced and over sought over $246MM of construction and acquisition loans for Whitney National Bank, Washington Mutual Bank and Bank United. Prior thereto, Mr. Mather was in charge of the Texas real estate operations for Roosevelt Bank and Farm & Home Savings; which entailed development, management, leasing, loan workout and contract negotiation.
