Haley Realty has been serving the Colorado Springs area since 1947. Today it is one of the largest property management companies in the city. With full office staff support and a maintenance crew of six technicians we are more than prepared and ready to take care of your property today, tomorrow and into the future. Currently our portfolio consists of residential, apartment and commercial property management as well as community association management.

Our property managers give individual attention to each property. They deal directly with clients and customers alike on a daily basis. Our internet access, web site, and computerized accounting system mixes "state-of-the-art" capabilities with the personal care, required in a basically "people" business.

HALEY REALTY began business in Colorado Springs in 1947. From the beginning, the profit centers of Haley Realty included property management, real estate brokerage and casualty insurance sales.

In 1979, Charles and Margaret Oliver purchased the company from her parents, Nelson and Roberta Haley. Since that purchase, a planned effort was initiated to expand the scope of our management services. The insurance division was sold in 1984 to provide additional time to concentrate on property management and related brokerage services.

Today, HALEY REALTY has a staff of fourteen people, including two property managers, three sales agents, office staff and a maintenance department. Currently, our portfolio consists of community association management as well as residential property management.
