John Cognetti licensed in Pennsylvania as a real estate salesman in 1977, became a broker in 1980. In 1985, Mr. Cognetti purchased the assets of the Hinerfeld Realty Company and became its President and Broker of Record. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
