In 2005, Horrell Company celebrated 50 years in commercial real estate.

Henry Horrell started Horrell Refrigeration in 1943 at 1416 Church Street in Nashville, providing refrigeration for local grocery stores. By 1955, his business flourished and he gradually grew to adding site consultation and development services to the grocers.

Early on, these services were approximately only 10% of his business.

With the years of dedication of the Horrell Family, along with participating brokers and staffing, the company has grown to be one of Nashville's leading industrial real estate firms.
