Each of our listings receive the benefits of a customized marketing program which includes, but not limited to the following: High Quality Brochure: A color brochure consisting of a photo, location map, and an outline of the property's characteristics is produced and sent to all relevant prospects and commercial brokers.
Internet Marketing: Each exclusive listing is placed on the HUNT Commercial Web Site. Additionally, listings are submitted to LoopNet, the Internet's largest listing service for commercial properties, the CLS-Commercial Listing Service, a national commercial information exchange, Costar, the world leader for commercial real estate intelligence and a variety of other national commercial real estate web sites. Email Blasts: Each listing will be sent out to email lists of over 50,000 brokers, developers, investors and potential buyers. Direct Mail: Each listing is then assessed individually and directly mailed to Specialized Mailing Lists created from most up-to-date online directory in the U.S. in order to reach potential buyers, investors, brokers or developers.
