Some of the highlights of Kornblatt's history include:
1960's
- David Kornblatt and Larry Fenneman start the commercial real estate brokerage firm of Kornblatt and Fenneman.
- The company brokers G.E.'s purchase 1,100 acres of land in Columbia from The Rouse Company.
- The company represents IBM in the leasing of its Pratt and Light Street location.
- The company brokers the sale of the Sonneborn Building at Paca and Pratt streets form New York investors to Baltimore investors and leased up the building for the new owners.
- The company represents USF&G in the disposal of their old headquarters properties, as well as leasing up the non-USF&G space in their corporate headquarters.
- David Kornblatt establishes Park-It of Maryland to manage and operate parking garages and open lots throughout the downtown area.
1970's
- Together with Irv Blum, Willard Hackerman, Leroy Hoftberger and other limited partners, the company develops 25 S. Charles Street, a 320,000 square-foot office building with cafeteria-style restaurants and a 450-car aboveground parking garage.
- The company sells the old Mercantile Building to Alan Berman; 301 N. Charles Street to Commercial Credit and One Charles Center to CSX.
- The company brokers the lease of T. Rowe Price's 183,000-square-foot offices in Baltimore.
1980's
- Recognizing the need to keep older downtown buildings as viable and useful properties, the company renovates the former McDonalds at 217 N. Charles Street into a 25,000-square-foot office building that now houses the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore.
- The company purchases and renovates the historic Sonneborn building (known as M&T Center) at Paca and Pratt streets.
- The company assembles several properties at St. Paul and Lexington Streets, builds a 900-car garage (completed in 1986) and a 280,000-square-foot office building known as St. Paul Plaza (completed in 1989).
- The Office of the Attorney General and NFL Player Benefits become the first tenants of St. Paul Plaza.
1990's
- St. Paul Plaza becomes 100% leased.
- Major deals include the U.S. Customs Services, the IRS and the Department of Justice.
- The Baltimore Ravens take corporate office space in St. Paul Plaza.
2000's
- The Kornblatt Company completes $200,000 renovation to St. Paul Plaza upgrading the Conference Center and garage.
- The University of Maryland Medical System subleases 110,000 square feet from M&T Bank in the M&T Center located at Paca and Pratt streets.
- The Kornblatt Company celebrates its 40th anniversary.
- The Kornblatt Company donates $10,000 to the University of Maryland Business School to launch the Kornblatt Scholarships for transfer students.
- University of Maryland Medical Systems becomes the sole tenant in M&T Center (now known as the Paca Pratt Building).
- Imperial Capital Bank opens its first branch office east of Nevada in the St. Paul Plaza lobby.
- Maryland Insurance Administration becomes a tenant of St. Paul Plaza
