In 2000, Tamara was awarded the Professional Property Manager (PPM) designation. Fewer than 500 property managers nationwide hold this prestigious designation, which reflects the professional commitment that Tamara has made to the residential property management industry.
Tamara began her real estate career in 1983, immediately specializing in residential property management.In 1991 she opened the doors to her own full-service firm, Koss Property Management.
