Before becoming an Attorney, Tor spent time as a United States Congressional Intern, an intern for US Senator Bob Graham, and served in a Fellowship in the State of Florida's House of Representatives in the Appropriations Committee. While in Law School Tor participated in local and national competitions for the FSU College of Law Mock Trial Team and clerked for a law firm that specialized in Employment Law and Worker's Compensation Defense. He became an Assistant State Attorney in Leon County Florida and worked in the Juvenile, Traffic, Misdemeanor, and Felony Divisions. He has tried and won litigation in all divisions and has handled thousands of cases. Tor was recently selected to be an adjunct professor at Florida State's College of Law to teach trial practice in the Spring of 2010.
