ABOUT ME
I was raised in Palolo Valley and Kaimuki area on the island of Oahu. I started my selling career at a very early age in my father's electronic business, "Miyano's Tv & Appliance". He was once the largest electronic retailer in Hawaii. I received my best training with AT&T and left Hawaii while still employed at GTE Hawaiian Telephone. In 1991 I moved to Las Vegas from Hawaii and became employed with Central Telephone of Nevada where I received many top awards and honors.
In 1997 I began my Real Estate career with Century 21 Aadvantage Gold which became the number one office in the World 4 years in a row. I have been ranked the Top 1% of agents in the country in the Century 21 system for many years and in 2004 I had the opportunity to become a Broker and Owner of a Century 21 Aadvantage Gold Office. During the past decade, I have continued to take additional classes in real estate, and am now, CCIM, GRI, ABR, and in 2008 I became the owner and principal broker of ADG Realty. We specialize in investment properties and work with investors. I have invented a real estate investment formula for the Las Vegas area that I would like to share with you. It is my passion and I find considerable pleasure in collecting the information you need to make an informed decision about what will be a major financial investment on your part. I assist my clients in acquiring and selling Residential and Commercial Real-estate in the following areas: Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Pahrump, Boulder City and Unincorporated Clark County. Las Vegas is an exciting place to live, I can tell you from personal experience, having moved here from the Islands. I enjoy golf and all sports in Las Vegas.
