Pennsylvania Commercial Rl Est
History: How We Became Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
In April of 1992 Jon Harrigan, Gregory Black, Bob Cornell and Alan Bilecky formed Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
The company originally consisted of seven brokers, and three assistants. One of its first projects was a 175,000 development consulting assignment with Union Switch & Signal for its new Engineering and Technology Center on Second Avenue in Pittsburgh.
This project, the largest commercial lease signed in Western Pennsylvania in 1993, was the keystone in establishing Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as a major force in Pittsburgh's commercial and industrial real estate brokerage business.
Since then, the organization has received SIOR awards for either the largest or the most creative office leases seven times out of the last ten years.
