Dane Schofield was admitted to the practice of law in 1977 when he graduated from J.Reuben Clark Law School from Brigham Young University. He has been a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers since 1985. He is admitted to both Federal and State Court in Montana.
Mr. Schofield has practiced general practice of law and concentrates of consumer bankruptcy, uncontested divorces, automobile accidents and personal injury. He also handles other areas of general practice including the preparation of wills and deeds. He does general legal consultations as well.
