Earning an honorable mention was the company's Wellness Partnership with Spectrum Health.
- The Women's Resource Center honors Priority Health with its 2011 Pillar Award. The honor recognizes employers who empower women at work.
- Priority Health ranks among the top health plans in Michigan in member satisfaction according to a JD Power & Associates study.
- Priority Health is the only Michigan-based organization to earn Wellness & Health Promotion Accreditation by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Priority Health is one of only 20 organizations in the nation to earn this distinction.
- A new health plan option gives schools the opportunity to save thousands with PriorityEDUSM. Districts can save up to $2,000 per teacher while maintaining the same outstanding benefits.
- Priority Health equips members with a new web-based tool that allows them to evaluate care options before choosing surgery, with the goal of eliminating up to 50% of total costs without impacting the quality or the outcome of care.
- Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center (MCRMC) is added to Priority Health's provider network. It's a 288-bed acute care hospital with more than 2,000 employees and 420 affiliated physicians.

| 2010 | - The launch of MyPrioritySM ensures all consumers have access to affordable health care by offering four packages and 14 different customizable options to individuals and families. Low administrative costs and effective preventive health and wellness programs keep MyPriority premium costs at a minimum.
- Priority Health launches www.understandinghealthreform.com in July, a new website for employers. It provides up-to-date information to help employers understand what health care reform means for their business. The site features an explanation of laws, the Grandfather Decision Tool, and the Small Business Tax Calculator.
- In June, Priority Health releases the first-ever suite of smartphone apps for member ID cards. The apps provide members with access to health care information on-the-go.
- New enhanced Medigap (Medicare supplement insurance) plans are offered to Michigan residents. These plans offer better hospice benefits and lower premiums and are designed to fill the gaps in medical expenses not covered by Original Medicare Part A and Part B.
- Medicaid services offered by Priority Health expand into Jackson, Hillsdale, Grand Traverse and Leelanau counties following approval from the State of Michigan's Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation. This expansion enables Medicaid recipients in those counties to choose Priority Health as their health plan.
- In a health insurance plan study of customer satisfaction by JD Power & Associates, Priority Health scores above the national average and is ranked number two in Michigan. Priority Health receives scores that were among the best in four categories and ranks better than most in three other categories.
- Expansion of Priority Health's PriorityHMOSM and PriorityPPOSM products into Huron and Sanilac counties makes certain those in Michigan's "thumb" will have access to Priority Health insurance. Through this expansion, McKenzie Memorial Hospital in Sandusky joins the more than 100 hospitals included in Priority Health plan networks.
- Priority Health is one of only four pilot sites selected to participate in a national pilot program for payment reform funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. The PROMETHEUS Payment model focuses on bundling patient payments.

| 2009 | - US News & World Report magazine releases the NCQA health plan rankings and lists Priority Health's HMO/POS/PPO health plans in the top 10 percent of quality health plans nationwide and ranks its Medicaid plans as 14th in the nation.
- Priority Health earns an "Excellent" rating from the National Committee on Quality Assurance. Both the Commercial HMO and Medicaid HMO plans earned this rating, which is good for three years.
- In October, Priority Health launches a new website, www.prioritymedicare.com. The site helps Medicare-eligible Michiganders compare three new Medigap plans and a PPO Medicare Advantage plan in addition to Priority Health's three original Medicare Advantage plans and prescription drug plan.
- Our three Medicare Advantage plans earn a 5-star rating from the national Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for the second year in a row. The national rating, based on a survey of Medicare plan members, is announced in September.
- Bronson Healthcare Group, based in Kalamazoo, Mich., joins the Priority Health provider network in August, strengthening Priority Health's commitment to Southwestern Michigan.
- Expansion into Oscoda, Ogemaw and Iosco counties ensures that Priority Health covers all of the northern Lower Peninsula.
- In January, Priority Health launches an initiative to support five primary care practices in making the transition to a patient-centered medical home (PCMH) model. This new approach in primary care supports care coordination, encourages enhanced access, expanded hours and collaborative communication between patients and physicians.
- Priority Health releases a completely revised Find a Doctor online provider directory tool in January which enables members to find specialists, hospitals, primary care providers and other services in their plan's network and their location.
