In 1978 Richard Rand began working in Real Estate, specializing in commercial leasing, sales and 1031 exchanges. In the 29 years of Real Estate he has been involved in acquisition, development and leasing of major industrial/retail centers in San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties. He has played a major role in the revitalization of the Downtown Modesto area. In Richard's down time he enjoys golfing, fly fishing and of course cooking with his wife, Gina.
