After a successful career as one of North Shelby/South Tipton County's top builders, developers, investors, and small business owners, Mr. Charles "Chuck" Hurt, Sr. opened the first Real Estate Mart of TN, Inc. in Frayser back in 1980. His goal was not to become the area's largest Real Estate firm but rather, something different from the norm. At Real Estate Mart, a real sense of family exists.
