About me - Growing up in a beautiful, historic home in downtown Riverside taught me about the many special and unique qualities Riverside has to offer. This has influenced me to concentrate most of my business to the City of Riverside so that I can share my enthusiasm for this city with my clients. My experience as an investor and landlord combined with my real estate training assists me in bringing great service and negotiating skills to provide timely transactions for my clients.
My entire working life has been about customer service and providing clients with what they want & need. Developing a relationship with my clients is the best part of my career in real estate. The Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing- Business Administration that I earned from California Polytechnic University, Pomona provides me with knowledge to succeed.
Are you relocating because of a new job? I also have much experience working with Sellers and Buyers and relocation companies. I'm a Certified Riverside Regent Realtor. A new program between the City, Mayor of Riverside and our Local Realtor / MLS Board designed to give Realtors information to pass on to our new clients on why to love Riverside and how to work with the different City Departments for things that they need. Having been on the Technology Committee of our Inland Valley Realtor Board, I like to keep up on the latest ways to market homes.
