ROCK opened in November 2001 with 5 employees. Today there are 25. From a modest 1,700 square foot office, the company expanded into a 5,000 square foot office in the Susquehanna Commerce Center in 2003.

Partners Ted Turnbull, David Bode, Sandy Rotz, and David Keech formed ROCK when they came to a turning point in their careers. ROCK's unique culture and business model provides success for future generations of associates, clients and community partners.
