Shafer Insurance Agency, Inc. is one of East Tennessee's oldest independent Insurance Agencies. Established in 1963 by Alex A. Shafer, Sr., Shafer Insurance Agency has experienced a continued steady growth throughout the years thanks to the leadership of the second generation, Alex "Bo" Shafer Jr. , and now the third generation, Andy Shafer.
Taking care of our customers insurance needs with professional and personal service has enabled the Shafer Agency to grow into one of the largest independent agencies in East Tennessee.
