My name is Shirley Warren and I am the Broker/Owner of Signature Properties. I am proud to bring my over 19 years of real estate experience to my own company. I am a native of Seneca, South Carolina, where I graduated from Seneca High School and Winthrop College. My husband, Steve, and I have 3 grown children. I enjoy scuba diving, football, reading, and all the Clemson sports. I attend Celebration Church and Gravely Baptist Church and am active in Rotary as well as serve on the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army. I have previously worked in childcare and also am a licensed attorney in the state of California. I have earned several designations throughout my career including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Internet Professionals (e-PRO).
