Spirit Realty Inc. of Tallahassee opened its doors in April 1995 in a one -room office on Lake Ella Drive. Today we are located at 922 East Lafayette St., Suite C. We are within convenient driving distance from both universities and most state office buildings.

We strive to deliver personalized, professional services to our clients and tenants. We are a full service real estate office and we advertise in the Multiple Listing Service as well.
