A real estate brokerage firm founded in 1983 and licensed in both Washington and Oregon to complete commercial real estate transactions. Activities focus on bringing national and regional retail corporations into the Pacific Northwest and completing their market penetration. Activities include competition studies, location analysis and a complete marketing strategy for retail and commercial stores, and office requirements. Tasks include lease negotiations, purchases, sales, sale-leasebacks. During this period, approximately 100 sales and 450 leases were completed.
Charles Staadecker, a 4th generation Seattlite, the company's principal, is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and Wharton School of Finance. He has been a member of the Seattle King County Board of Realtors, the Washington Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Seattle Rotary, and is active in local school boards, theater, politics, and charitable groups.
