STRUCTURE was established in 2010 by Stewart Proctor, J.R. Long (formerly Proctor & Long Commercial Real Estate) and Daniel H. Wagnon. The company has 8 full time sales agents, a full time property manager and professional support staff who are also licensed agents. With a combined total of over 117 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, construction, and property management, STRUCTURE acts as a real property advisor to individuals, corporations, and institutional investors. We apply best practices, systems, technology and services to meet the client requirements.
As part of our commitment to real estate IQ, all agents at STRUCTURE are either CCIM designees, are pursuing the designation, or have graduate level college degrees with a focus in Real Estate / Finance. Daniel Wagnon holds an MBA from the University of Georgia with a concentration in real estate and investment banking. Stewart Proctor and JR Long are recipients of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. Only about 6% of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. The CCIM designation is awarded upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying transactional experience. The curriculum addresses financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis, the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.
