"Most SummaCare members can receive the flu vaccination at no cost (no copay) from any SummaCare provider. Self-funded members should check their benefits materials to determine how the flu shot is covered under their plan.

Please note: You will be asked for a copay if you receive additional services during your office visit. A visit to an urgent care center for your flu shot will result in an urgent care copay.

If your physician is not providing the flu vaccine, you can receive a flu shot at one of the public clinics held at the locations listed below. Simply present your SummaCare ID card and no copay will be required. Please call Customer Service at the number listed on the back of your Member ID card to confirm you are eligible for a free flu shot."
