Suzanne Cook & Company

Suzanne began her real estate career in 1985, and was her firm's top producer for twelve years before opening Suzanne Cook & Company. She has been a Longview leader in sale's production for many years. In addition to earning the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, she is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Suzanne has been voted one of the "Best Realtors in East Texas" in a Longview News Journal survey five times, and was chosen by her peers as the East Texas Association of Realtors' "Realtor of the Year." She is past president of the Longview Women's Council of Realtors, past director of the area association, and a member of the East Texas Builder's Association. Suzanne has built her business on personal referrals and repeat clients, and always seems to have that "pocket listing" that is not quite on the market yet.

She is a past Chairman of the Board of the Longview Partnership/Chamber of Commerce, and a recipient of the Chairman's Award for service to the community. She serves on the President's Advisory Council of LeTourneau University.
