Since John Ingles founded a new company called the Ingles/Company Realtors, and put out the first yard sign in the Albuquerque area in 1990, there have been a lot of innovations in the Real Estate business. The Ingles/Company Realtors have been responsible for many of these changes.

We were the first company to provide pre-home inspections to sellers before their homes went on the market. We were the first company to see the value of technology and standardization in our daily operation. These are some of the ideas pioneered by The Ingles/Company Realtors that have made it possible for more families to fulfill their dream of owning a home. Today, more than a decade later, our company has placed over 15,000 families in the homes of their dreams. Our primary business is Residential Real Estate, and we're still creating better ways to make buying and selling homes simpler, faster and easier.

We send a customer satisfaction survey to every home seller and buyer who uses one of our programs so we can accurately measure how well we perform on every transaction. Then, we share all of this information with our members so we can constantly improve our level of performance.
