Big Firm Experience and Small Firm Advantages
Some people equate good lawyering with large law firms. The more lawyers they have and the more they bill per hour, the better the representation must be. At the Law Offices of Michael Brooks Carroll, we believe that smaller is better. All clients have direct contact with Mr. Carroll. He is intimately involved in every case - at your side in depositions, arguing the motions in court, and putting his full energy into presenting the most compelling case for a judge or jury.
Attorney Mike Carroll was formerly a partner in the litigation division of Morrison & Forster, one of the largest law firms in California. After honing his trial skills in complex litigation, sometimes working for major corporations, he opened his own practice in San Francisco.
Mike Carroll was the Law Review editor at the University of Chicago Law School, and clerked for a Federal Court of Appeals judge. While he is formidable in oral arguments, he wins many cases in the pre-trial stage. Mr. Carroll has published articles on litigation skills, and formerly served as an arbitrator and trial referee. He is licensed in California and Georgia, and has often assisted as co-counsel in real estate litigation in Nevada and Arizona; and in horse related manners, in many jurisdictions throughout the United States. He also provides aviation law counsel to clients across the country.
