Every summer the Firm employs, as law clerks, outstanding students who have completed at least two years of law school. Summer clerks are afforded the opportunity to conduct legal research and assist with various stages of trial preparation under the tutorial of established attorneys. These visiting clerks have the distinct advantage of gaining awareness of the ever expanding Las Vegas area and valuable insight regarding our great state.
OCGA&S also maintains a continuing legal education program for new and experienced attorneys and legal assistants.The Firm, in its ongoing commitment to maintain its cost-effective practice, relies on knowledgeable legal assistants who maintain their excellence through continuing education courses. Our team concept allows the legal assistants to accept greater responsibility with the understanding that the supervising attorney at the helm is always available for instruction, guidance, and clarification. OCGA&S's legal assistants have extensive backgrounds in civil defense litigation and are utilized where appropriate to minimize fees.
