The Meridian Realty Group was founded in 1986 in response to a critical need in the Triad for a highly specialized commercial real estate brokerage. Many commercial brokers in this market lack the level of experience and professionalism that Meridian is noted for and tend to approach commercial brokerage as a ancillary service to residential or real estate development. For Meridian, commercial brokerage and management is our only business and has been since 1986.
Meridian's doctrine of independent, specialized brokerage services is free of any inherent conflicts of interest associated with companies who develop property for their own account or who may merely be a satellite office for a national company whose primary interest is elsewhere. Meridian's effectiveness and dominant market share is due to (1) our commitment to our clients (2) innovative approach to marketing their property (3) involvement and interaction in the community.
Each member of the Meridian Team is highly trained and motivated and with over 200 years of combined experience, we offer our clients unequaled professional service. We also have a very effective national marketing program through our CCIM and NAIOP networks. Through Meridian's coordination and affiliations with hundreds of CCIM brokers across the Country, our clients are assured of receiving the same professional service in other destination cities as they would locally.

President
Mark is the founder and President of The Meridian Realty Group, Inc., and Meridian Realty Services. His 30 years experience in commercial real estate has exhibited proven success in the brokerage of large-scale office, retail, industrial and multi-family projects in both Forsyth and Guilford Counties.
Mark is experienced in assembling large tracts of undeveloped land and coordinating the land planning, rezoning, subdivision development and marketing of the project.
Mark is known for his resourcefulness and innovative marketing techniques for challenging real estate projects. His knowledge of the local marketplace and relationships with key members of the business community assure Meridian's clients of the highest level of representation in the brokerage or management of their real estate asset.
