Timothy obtained a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. Timothy is licensed to practice in California and has been an active member of the California State Bar since 1987. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts. Timothy has a BV rating with Martindate-Hubbell.
During Timothy's extensive twenty-eight years of practice, he has litigated and tried cases in both state and federal courts. During the course of his practice, Timothy has tried an excess of thirty bench trials, almost all of them resulted in favorable decisions.
Timothy's practice consists exclusively of litigation since his admission to the bar. At present, it includes complex litigation, probate and trust litigation and planning, fiduciary abuse, business and commercial disputes, professional negligence, toxic tort, real estate, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.
Michelle was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she began her legal career as a Legal Secretary in 1990. After serving in the US Air Force, Michelle continued her legal career working nearly 15 years in the California Superior Courts. In 2005, Michelle obtained her B.A. in Psychology from National University and continued her education at Humphrey's College, Laurence Drivon School of Law, where she obtained her Judicial Doctorate in 2010. Michelle joined Sterling Law Group as a Senior Paralegal in May 2016. Her areas of specialty are Probate, Trust & Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Guardianship and Conservatorship matters including litigation of the same. Michelle brings 26 years of experience in these areas to the firm and enjoys utilizing this knowledge in assisting our clients.
