Town & Country Realty
Town & Country Realty has been in business for over 30 years and has grown in leaps and bounds over those years. Each year has been better than the last due to consumer confidence in the ability and professionalism of Town & Country's agents. Town & Country strives to offer the best service in our industry. Some ways to offer better service is thru education, more participation in our local, state and national boards and community involvement.
Many of Town & Country's agents hold the ABR, CRS, and GRI designations. These designations mean little to the public until it comes time to purchase or sell a home. This is where the education of our agents makes the difference. Just as in any other profession, knowledge of the industry is important to the protection of one of the most prized possessions our customers have. That being their home or their purchase of a home.
Participation in the local, state and national boards is essential not only to our agents, but the home owners or home buyers our agents represent. Many of our agents are involved in our local, state and national boards. Knowledge of existing laws and current legislation pertaining to our profession is essential when representing and protecting the public.
Community involvement is another outreach of our agents. Working closely with builders and community leaders helps our agents understand the needs and wants of our customers.
Town & Country Realty has offices in Colonial Heights and downtown Kingsport.
Town & Country agents realize that we are a service industry. Our future goals are to be more involved in the 3 categories mentioned above so we can give our customers the best possible service the industry has to offer.
