Travis Sasser





Travis Sasser has practiced bankruptcy law since 2000. He has represented thousands of individuals and businesses. Travis graduated from Cary High School. He then attended North Carolina State University where he received a degree in political science in 1995. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1999.
Travis developed an affinity for bankruptcy law during law school and decided to concentrate in that area. The firm remained a solo operation for eight years until his brother, Philip, joined the firm. In 2010, attorney Cort Walker joined the firm and in 2020 attorney Joe Lischwe joined the firm.
In addition to the thousands of cases he has handled, Travis has represented parties in Adversary Proceedings and appeals to the US District Court and the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
