Vision Real Estate is a TRUE full-service real estate company with the ability to REALLY be your agent for life. Our company is made up of agents who specialize in new construction, first time buyers, sellers, investors, and property management. As a result, many of our clients go from being a renter to buying their first home, all the way to becoming a real estate investor with rentals of their own. That's what makes us proud-helping others capture the full Vision of Real Estate.

Though Vision agents often specialize, we are unique in that the brokerage itself is specifically and intentionally designed to be a hybrid of property management and sales with most of our agents doing both. We've been able to bring the personal nature of the sales process into the property management process and the resources of property management into the sales process.

The best thing about our company infrastructure is that it allows us to serve our clients better in either process even than brokerages that choose to specialize in just one process.

Our cofounders each came from a different side of the real estate experience. Our broker, Eric Bingham (link to agent profile) has been in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years as a sales agent. Our general manager, Jeremiah Maughan (link to agent profile) has been reinventing the property management wheel for the last eight years. Both built up successful businesses before merging in 2006 to create the hybrid we know today.

Vision Real Estate has been in existence for 10 years-and what an AMAZING 10 years. We've experienced a normal real estate market, an inflated market, a deflated market, and the current return to stabilization. Because we are not connected to any franchise, we've enjoyed the freedom to be able to adapt quickly and bring experience to the changing market.
