Mission Statement:
It is our goal to develop neighborhoods for many generations to enjoy, while serving the community with honesty and integrity.
Vision was created June 9, 2008 out of a need for two local developers with several sub-divisions to sell in the Fox Valley. The partners of Vision Realty & Development, LLC own Nine sub-divisions with an excess of 290 buildable lots and an additional 1,500 for future expansion. Vision Realty & Development, LLC will fill that need.
Jill Hendricks has been in Land Development since 2000, when she started as an assistant helping in day to day needs of the sales team. In 2002, she passed the Wisconsin Real Estate Sales Exam and in 2005 the Wisconsin State Brokers Exam. Jill is also active with the Valley Home Builders Association and the Brown County Home Builders Association. She is currently on the Board of Directors, Government Affairs and Developers Committees with the Brown County Home Builders Association, and the Board of Directors, and Housing Advocacy Committees with Valley Home Builders Assoc. She is also a member of the local Women's Council of Realtors. Jill additionally participates as an active member of the Realtors Association and is 2011/2012 Government Affairs Chair.
