Mr. Barker has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida since 1977. He worked as a staff attorney for the Greater Orlando Area Legal Services (GOALS) before entering into private practice. Mr. Barker has maintained his law office in Orlando since 1981 handling general civil law matters-litigation as well as transactional and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Florida. A retired Colonel in the US Army Reserves, he has completed three tours of duty between 2004 and 2011 as a logistician for the US Army deployed to support Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
